Annual service check and help at hand
A world-class system is naturally combined with a service agreement of the highest quality.
Among other things, the agreement includes:
- an annual service check with subsequent service reports etc., as well as the chance for new company employees to get an introduction to the system
- the option of contacting Nextech in case of errors, the need for spare parts a.o. Nextech can either guide company employees by phone to remedy the error or help order spare parts, and if necessary we will visit the facility to examine the error
- if requested, the system can be connected to a network or PC-based solution which allows Nextech to monitor the system and/or receive a notification if errors should occur.
